Hey guys, I purchased a matrix ps3 stick today and am having problems with it. I opened the current software from their website () and chose 'Downgrader' and it's saying 'update successful', but everytime I try to set my PS3 into factory mode- I just get a message that says 'unknown USB device detected'. It doesn't go into factory mode, not even after restarting the console without the dongle. I tried many different ways of pressing the power button and then the eject button. I also tried the dongle in both of the USB ports and did the trick of disconnecting the PS3 power source cable. There is no other device in the unused USB port and no game inside the disc drive.
